After signup, Atlas asked for your primary currency. Everything else — look and feel, language, personal info — is set later from your profile. Some fields are cosmetic; others feed the projections and recommendations.
Find the profile
Click Account (bottom-left of the sidebar on desktop) to open your profile. Four tabs: Profile, Security, Preferences, Data.
Profile — your personal info
Under the Profile tab, you fill in:
- Full name (editable).
- Email — editable in the form but not yet propagated server-side.
- Date of birth, Marital status, Employment status, Dependents, Target retirement age, Annual income, Financial goals (free text).
Preferences — appearance, language, currency, notifications
Three cards:
- Appearance — Light / Dark / System mode, and your accent color from 8 options (Atlas default + 7 others: Green, Blue, Purple, Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow).
- General — Language (French / English) and primary currency (CAD, USD, EUR). See Change my primary currency for details.
- Notifications — Two switches: Monthly reminder (a nudge to update your accounts) and Asset updates.
Security
Three sections, two of them partially active:
- Password — Editable, but unused for sign-in (Atlas uses email one-time codes).
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) — The Configure button is visible but not wired up yet.
- Connected devices — The list is shown for reference; not yet fed by real sessions.
Data
- Export your accounts and alternative assets (PDF or CSV).
- Import a CSV of monthly balances — handy for seeding several accounts at once.
- Delete your account permanently (GDPR-compliant).
Not (yet) configurable
- Date format: Atlas follows the convention of your language (French →
dd/mm/yyyy, English →mm/dd/yyyy). No explicit selector today. - Email: the field is editable but the actual server-side change isn't wired up. For now, your sign-in email stays fixed to whatever you used at signup.
